Family Solutions Center, LLC is owned and operated by Mary A. Wollard.

Mary practiced family law in Denver for over 20 years, helping clients reach agreements to resolve their divorces and deal with continuing issues regarding children. She found that couples reaching agreement outside of court were better able to keep amicable relationships long after divorce or separation was final, and were committed to using non-adversarial approaches to family issues as they arose from time to time. Because of this, Mary created Family Solutions Center to devote energy to helping couples and families find their own solutions to difficult issues.

Mary is a trained mediator and attorney in private practice.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Colorado at Denver in 1979 where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and her law degree from University of Denver in 1985.  After becoming a licensed attorney  in Colorado in 1985, she had a general private law practice with a focus on family law.  In addition to her law practice, Mary was a part-time professor of Constitutional Law in the Criminal Justice Department at Metro State College in Denver between 1999 and 2002.  Mary is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and the Legal Fee Arbitration Committees of both the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.

In addition to serving as a mediator and arbitrator, Mary represents clients in negotiated divorce settlements and prenuptial agreements, and reviews agreements reached in mediations where she has not served as the mediator.  To view Mary's resume, click here.
